What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyber Security Analyst position at CSA – Careers?
CSA/Capstone is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to provide support to a government client located in Pensacola, Florida.
Responsibilities
-Provides on-site Information Assurance (IA) technical expertise in a broad array of areas, including IA and network security policy, Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Program (DIACAP) and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
-Provides support for administrative requirements to include formal and informal security documentation by Network Administrator, PMs, TMs and Application Owners.
-Provides risk assessment and analysis support for the NETC Enterprise IAW authorizing and monitoring phases and requirements including the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidance and Special Publications and the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) Instruction 1253.
-Provides support for the following aspects of the PII program: identification and removal of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from various sources, pro-active intervention for elimination and removal of Privacy Act material from non-protected locations, conduct random and spontaneous spot checks of various files and systems to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Act,
-Produces security testing reports, including Security Risk Assessment Reports to detail the findings noted during testing.
-Assists programs with completing security documentation to meet assessment and authorization requirements.
