What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exercise Planner position at CSA – Careers?
CSA Capstone is seeking an Exercise Planner who will provide SME support in all phases of exercise planning and the development and implementation of an effective, reliable, exercise program that is systematically and periodically updated. Leads the MTC JELC process for large events. Ensures exercises meet all requirements in TC 7-101, Exercise Design.
This position is contingent upon award.

- Leads the MTC JELC process for large events. Ensures exercises meet all requirements in TC 7-101, Exercise Design.
- BS or BA degree, subject immaterial
- 8 years of military or DoD experience
- 2 years of experience with exercise planning using the Exercise Design tenants in TC 7-101.
- Former FA57 (Simulation Operations Officer) or demonstrable experience in operational planning and simulations using the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), Low Overhead Drivers, or OneSAF and stimulating MCIS; SME in LVC-IA concepts, the BTE, ITE, and/or the STE.
- Secret clearance required
