Description
· Manage UCC filings including initial filings, renewals, amendments, and terminations promptly and accurately.
· Perform asset-related lien searches.
· Collect, review, and monitor lessees’ insurance certificates and lease documentation, ensuring compliance with lease and financing standards.
· Maintain meticulous records, particularly for lease and supporting documentation.
· Conduct regular reviews of lease accounts to identify and remedy compliance issues.
· Propose and implement enhancements to lease compliance procedures.
· Offer administrative support for lease compliance tasks and foster effective communication among stakeholders.
· Maintain well-organized electronic and paper records of lease and financing documentation.
· Effectively convey complex lease compliance concepts to team members and lessees.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication in a fast-paced environment.
· Resolve issues promptly and decisively.

· Salesforce proficiency preferred.
· Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years equivalent experience.
