As a member of our temporary-to-hire Rising Talent program, you have an exciting opportunity to learn about our dynamic Digital Brands Services (DBS) business unit, while providing support to our clients and team members globally.
Rising Talent Program Details: CSC's rising Talent program is a 16-week rotational program, starting after December graduations. You'll work on several teams within our Digital Brand Services business unit, and after 16 weeks, you’re eligible for a full-time employment offer based on your performance.

- Attend or watch a recording of the upcoming information session. We’re hosting an information session on Sept. 27 at 7 P.M. ET. You’ll receive an invitation to this session after you apply and a recording will be sent out to all applicants after the session.
- Interview: CSC will host interview days between October 11 and October 13. Specific time slots will be scheduled based on your availability. We’ll extend offers by October 17.

Some of the things you will be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service to the internal teams we support
- Managing shared team assignments, as well as owning individual assignments
- Opportunity to support multiple teams within the domains business
- Use critical thinking skills to research options and find solutions
- Research and analysis of domain name industry-related information
- Partner with internal teams to execute critical strategic domains projects
- Collaborate and contribute to process improvement projects in the domain sphere to increase team efficiency
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Collaborate with your team daily through meetings and huddles to review and discuss relevant updates
- Manage daily workload to ensure protection and security of global internet brands
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Detail-oriented and persistent in seeing activities through to completion
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, including working to deadlines
- Produce quality results on a consistent basis
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
- Desire to be an active participant in change
- Effectively utilize multiple ordering platforms with speed and efficiency
