CSCI Consulting is looking for an experienced .Net Developer to support a Department of Defense (DoD) customer in the Philadelphia area. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working 1-2 days a week on-site with the remainder working remote. The role supports the Program Manager in areas of architecture, designing, coding, testing, and troubleshooting Windows and web-based software solutions.

The role supports the Program Manager in areas of architecture, designing, coding, testing, and troubleshooting Windows and web-based software solutions.
Responsibilities
- The contractor shall architect, design, develop and test web-based software solutions.
- The contractor shall understand database design principles and SQL.
- Perform QA testing of web-based software solutions and participate in execution of test scenarios to ensure application changes meet the stated requirements as well as ensure no unintended changes were introduced to the finished product.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS is preferred and a minimum of 5 years technical experience.
- Experience with .Net Framework 4.8 required.
- Demonstrated experience developing rich front-end client web pages using Angular with Angular Material UI.
- Proficient with Visual Studio/VS Code suite of tools and Azure DevOps Server.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and SQL.
- Must be able to achieve a NACLC clearance.
- Experience architecting, designing, coding, testing, and troubleshooting Windows and web-based software solutions in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript/jQuery/Angular, Ajax, and Entity Framework.
- Understand large, complex IT projects and organizations.
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs.
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with customers and other vendors.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred skills
- Experience with .NET Core 2.0 and MVC 4 preferred.
- Experience with third party data grid control libraries such as Infragistics, Kendo UI, DevExpress is a plus.
- Experience with jQuery and Web Forms to support legacy apps is preferred.
- Experience writing unit tests, specifically for .NET (xUnit, nUnit, MS Tests) as well as for JavaScript-based Frameworks (Jasmine/JEST).
- Experience with Angular 11 , Linq, Oracle, SQL Server, Multi-Threading/Task Parallel Library, Web Services/Web API, and CSS, MVVM design patterns.
- Enjoy analyzing and solving problems to improve performance and efficiency.
