The CSI Companies is currently seeking an LPN for a long-term contract to hire position with one of our Fortune 100 clients in your area!

Hours: 7:30AM-5PM
Compensation: $30-$35 hourly based on experience (plus weekly pay!)
Location: Travel throughout the Fort Myers and Naples to different providers on travel days!
Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately!
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Assesses patient needs using established triage protocol.
- Recommends follow-up as indicated by protocol.
- Telephonic patient triage/video calls
- Travel to clinics on travel days
- Documents all encounters in electronic medical records system.
- Evaluates follow-up on patient condition and/or reaction to drugs and treatments.
- Educates patients, family members and care givers on treatment and care plans.
- Maintains quality control standards (HIPAA/OSHA).
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current LPN license in FL
- Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
