Summary:
Under the direction of the Management, the Material Coordinator position will support all areas of material handling and processing to ensure all operational obligations are met and maintained. Effective interaction with internal and external customers is required. Accountable for the accurate processing of material and requisitions while providing best in class customer service and attention to detail. Coordinates activities of the supply chain organization pertaining to material and inventory to obtain optimum efficiency and maximize profits by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in CCLP Safety Program
- Collaborate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials
- Responsible for receiving, stocking, and issuing inventory within the distribution center
- Coordinating material for multiple-item orders and delivering to customers both internal and external
- Notifying Customer Service Representatives when back-ordered items are received.
- Submitting monthly inventory lists to the Parts / Supply Chain Manager
- Stocking warehouse shelves properly based on system designation
- Ensuring warehouse is clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Picking up materials from local vendors
- Boxing and repackaging of materials where required
- Receiving and shipping defective products and returns
- Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies and compiles and maintains system records
- Works with Service Supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material
- Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to internal and external customers, according to work or sales order priorities and material availability
- Examines material delivered to verify conformance to specifications
- Arranges internal transfer of materials based on internal requisitions
- Maintains systemic material records, such as material inventory, material in-transit, and status and location of materials
- Perform inventory counts as required and maintain accurate systemic inventory
- May move or transport materials from one department to another, manually or using material handling equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
- 6 months of Inventory Management, Material Handling Operations, Procurement and/or Logistics required
- 4 years in Inventory Management, Operations, Procurement and/or Logistics preferred
- High School diploma/GED required
- Associates of Arts in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Licenses/certifications: Supply Chain certifications – CPIM or CSCP (APICS), or CPSM (ISM) a plus
- Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to drive to locations to deliver parts
- Requires 25% drive time for this position
- Ability to possess and maintain OSHA compliant forklift certification
- Able and willing to travel overnight to other locations as needed, such as CSI regional offices
- Oil & Gas Industry Experience: Knowledge of natural gas engines and compressors a plus

Computer Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including, Word, Outlook with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint required - Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
