Reports To: Chief Pharmacy Officer
Summary
The Project Manager facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including but not limited to – managing projects from start to finish, holding individual contributors to set timelines and directly managing software as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
- Assists in Pharmacy project management tracking, timelines and updates.
- Independently manages projects as assigned.
- Manages Pharmacy software processes as directed
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
- Adheres to the Company’s compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies.
