JOB SUMMARY
Machine Operators are responsible for the set-up, running, and completion of a variety of print requirements for CSI customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Properly and safely operates equipment.
- Verifies accurate job completion.
- Assists with courier pickup and print packets as required.
- Performs other duties as required
PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING
- Meets all deadlines for production as defined by the SLAs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction.
- Accurately and safely meeting all deadlines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience :
No minimum amount of relevant work experience is required.

- Reasoning skills
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
This position requires contact primarily within the departmentand contact within the company on routine matters. Contact outside the company is minimal.
DECISION MAKING
This position is highly structured and is rarely required to make decisions.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Close Supervision. Assignments are primarily task-oriented and include detailed instructions. Work is reviewed while in process and upon completion for quantity and quality.

Production Based Position.
Travel : No travel typically required.
Physical Demands :
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear, use hands to finger, handle or feel, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach with hands or arms, taste, or smell.
This position requires the ability to lift to 50 pounds and stoop, kneel and crouch daily.
This position is required tofrequently stand for up to 8 hours a day.
Onsite Requirement : This position is required to work 100% onsite at a CSI facility.
