Join our Creative team at the University Club Louisville!
We are counting down to our grand opening at the University Club Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky! We work to provide fine dining experiences, including business meetings, special events, weddings and more to the University of Louisville community. We are currently looking for Cooks with full-time availability.
Essential functions/responsibilities of the Cook:
- Prepare well-seasoned, fresh, high-quality, appealing food, using established recipes and menus
- Communicate needs and concerns regarding food production or kitchen operation to supervisors and other employees in a clear and timely manner
- Utilize safe food handling, hot/cold holding and food storage techniques at all times
- Maintain production records (food usage, food and fridge/freezer temperatures, etc)
- Assists in other dining operations duties - cleanup, stocking, etc - as required
