CSSI is looking for an experienced Parts Inventory Specialist to work for our client in Clio, MI.
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
- Overtime and weekends may be required, as needed.
- Pay will be based on experience, $17.00 - $19.00/hour.
Parts Inventory Specialist Job Summary:
This position will assist all production, repair and administrative personnel; maintain a high level of efficiency in day-to-day operations and ensures the highest level of customer service and quality are being met. Provide support to the sales and purchasing agents. Parts Clerk is “out front” to customers/vendors and as such is the face of the company. For this reason, the Parts Clerk is in constant contact with outside customers/vendors researching and finding parts. Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task and be professional.
Parts Inventory Specialist Requirements:
Must have experience working with purchasing and inventory, proficient with databases and Microsoft Office products. SAP software experience a plus. Must have excellent organizational skills, proficient computer skills to be able to create purchase orders, goods receipts/returns, track/update inventory, shipping/receiving parts. Must provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person; able to safely operate forklift and various equipment for loading/unloading of stock.
