As a Front Desk Coordinator you are the face of the practice! We are in search of a friendly and organized individual for a position on our front desk team. We operate in a fast-paced, multi location orthodontic practice (locations include: Bridgeport).
Responsibilities:
- Impeccable Customer Service; acknowledge, smile & greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
- Address patients questions and concerns with care
- Check patients in/out
- Answering phones
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up on no shows/cancellation of appointments
- Other various clerical tasks

You must have the ability to multitask and perform under busy circumstances. There is opportunity for growth and to become a part of team oriented atmosphere. Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
