Responsibilities
Individual will research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Individual will also provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure.
Proactively and efficiently administer Active Directory (AD) Services using enterprise tool sets such as Change Auditor, Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM), SCCM, SCOM
Effectively troubleshoot and document complex technical issues
Ensure server configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations
Manage accounts, privileges and system access
Manage system resource in the monitoring of performance, capacity, availability, serviceability and recoverability
Implement security procedures, resolve hardware and software interface and interoperability problems
Ensure system availability, functionality, integrity and efficiency, and maintain system configuration and documentation
Manage and maintain enterprise level servers and infrastructure
Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
Develops and implements testing strategies and document results.
Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
Qualifications
Requirements:Must hold active, in scope, DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain Interim Secret eligibility (U.S. Citizenship required)High School Diploma 6 years of Information Technology (IT) experience, or AA/AS Degree 4 or BA/BS Degree 2 at minimumCurrent IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, or SSCP)
Must possess familiarity with the following:
