Complete Technology Solutions is looking for a Technical Account Manager to engage with customers in gathering assessment information, provide account management and ensure technology needs are being met, and bring sites into alignment with industry best practices.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create and refine client technology assessment checklists and information.
- Work with client leadership to assess and help align technology to industry standards.
- Work with internal techs and vCIO in developing client-specific strategy plans and budgets for alignment.
- Maintain, update, and phase out assigned Customers Standards templates as technology or a customer environment changes.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of assigned customers’ environments.
- Proactively maintain and improve customers’ infrastructure.
- Proactively plan, oversee, coordinate, track and run assigned projects tasks.
- Provide regular project reviews and report to the Operations Manager and Director as required.
- Maintain highly positive customer relationships by providing consistent value to their business.
- Maintaining project files and keeping documentation orderly
Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years of experience in an IT administration/technical support environment with strong technical acumen
- Strong all-round knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware and software applications
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of network and workstation operating systems, and Microsoft Windows operating system
- Demonstrated experience with web and internet technologies
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- High level organizational, project management, coordination and prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-learning (starting)

Headquartered in Sparta, Illinois, Complete Technology Solutions is seeking local candidates with the ability to work at client sites in the local service area (typically 1-2 hours' drive time). Standard work hours are typically Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with paid overtime included as needed. In other companies, this role may be called a Customer Success Manager, Technical Client Experience Manager, Technical Consultant, or Partner Alignment Leader.
