CUB is growing! We are hiring experienced Baker and Fryer for our Rockford Road location! Flexible schedule with great pay and bonus opportunities. As a Baker and Fryer your primary objective is to produce quality fried bakery product to promote sales and achieve profit margins while providing the best customer service.

** Experience bakery/food establishment, preferably desired.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

1. Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associates

2. Implement and maintain coordinated, aggressive and creative merchandising plans, using Division guidelines, which maximize sales, variety and gross profit

3. Fry and package product to bakery standards

4. Assist customers with orders and questions
