Pharmacy Technician

Position Title: Pharmacy Technician

Cub is looking for reliable employees to join our Pharmacy team as Pharmacy Technicians. We provide paid training, flexible scheduling and union benefits for eligible team members including Paid Time Off.
* Must have High School Diploma or GED
* Must be 18

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Assists the pharmacist in filling prescriptions
• Contacts prescribers for refill authorization
• Inputs prescription code and customer data into computer, prints labels
• Ensures confidentiality of records
• Fills out insurance forms when necessary for customer
• Assists with measuring dosages and labeling containers
• Order, check-in and stock prescription medications
• Process prescription returns
• Properly greets and thanks customers
• Provides prompt and courteous service
• Assists customers with product location, questions and refers to Pharmacist as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Ability to communicate through two-way verbal and written communication (speech, hearing and writing).
• High School Diploma or GED
• 18

Salary Range: 16.00-18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Morning and/or Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Blaine, MN 55434: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
