Cuero Regional Hospital is searching for a FT Clinic Representative in our Cuero Medical Clinic.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the day to day duties of answering the phones, collecting all monies associated with checking in and out patients, verifying all patient information, updating patient information, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, receiving records, sending out records, taking patient and or employee messages, scanning and indexing patient information and or medical records.
- Float if needed to other positions within the department specific descriptions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Office Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Communication skills
- Multi-tasking
- Good phone etiquette
- Receptionist duties
- Knowledge of insurance
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
