Position Summary: **Our ideal candidate is based in the Seattle, WA area.
The Amazon Sales Manager for the Cuisinart business is responsible for tracking & reporting of key supply chain metrics including service levels, performance vs plan analysis, and other S&OP measures in support of both Sales and Demand Planning functions. Additionally, this person will work directly with the Category Manager as an Item Setup and Maintenance person for the business support.
The primary goal of this role is to be a supporting partner for the Sr. National Account Manager and a major contributor in developing measures that will help create a more responsive supply chain, better item setup, improved business relationships and sales analysis to help push the business in a positive direction. The person needs to be knowledgeable in Supply Chain and well versed in SEO, retail math, and ecommerce.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis and reporting for internal and external teams.
- Partner in building internal forecasting based on history and trends, bringing in data points from customer’s forecast data.
- Create and develop reports to support the Category Manager, Demand Team and Sales Group.
- Create new reports or merge existing reports as needed to support management decision making.
- Complete analysis to investigate potential opportunity areas, such as chargeback reporting or future demand to exceed supply.
- Monitor and escalate changes in key metrics; research and identify root cause.
- Use data to tailor and suggest tactics that drive improvement to cost and service.
- Present findings and recommendations to functional business partners and management throughout the business.
- Provide support related to purchase orders, goods receipts, and inventory reconciliation (including things like In-Stock Reporting).
- Serve as support for Demand Planners / Sales Team.
- Build and maintain items in Amazon’s system.
- Build and recommend orders and B2R as needed.
- Submit and maintain new item ecommerce content, while checking existing item content to maximize SEO and customer experience.
- Verify ecommerce images/videos are accurate and updating as needed.
- Maintain catalog and make necessary updates.
- Attend Buyer meetings as needed with Sr. National Account Manager.
- Support Sr. National Account Manger as needed to bring in new businesses and opportunity.
- Be a strong team player and bring positive energy to the team.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally at all leadership levels.
- Follow internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
- Contribute to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Related Field or Equivalent Experience.
- 2-4 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Sales working with Amazon.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to interpret data, tell a story, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong End to End supply chain understanding.
- Experience in data mining and data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced training in Excel. Must be able to use advanced formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, pivot reporting, v-lookups, filters, etc.
- Experience in forecasting based on history and trend 52 weeks out.
- Experience as strong supporting role in Sales Team setting – team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy and extreme attention to detail.
Beneficial Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP / IBP.
- Previous experience and/or understanding of UPP processes and in eCommerce.

- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
