Culmen International, LLC is looking for a Capture Manager (International Focused) to lead the growth of the pipeline, qualify business opportunities, perform detailed market analysis, develop comprehensive capture budgets, establish effective teaming solutions, and support proposal development. As a key member of the Culmen Leadership Team, the Capture Manager is directly involved in meeting established new business growth targets.

Roles and Responsibilities Include:
- Provide detailed market intelligence and analysis of targeted federal departments and agencies
- Lead complex captures resulting in winning proposals on highly competitive RFPs
- Lead business planning activities, to include periodic pipeline reviews, bid development, opportunity gate reviews, and proposal reviews
- Provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing strategic business objectives
- Author and manage responses to government market research inquiries, attend industry events, and participate in customer meetings
- Provide proposal support to include content development
Requirements Include:
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant business development and capture management experience
- Experience and results in targeting select markets, identifying, qualifying and winning new business opportunities
- Demonstrated success in leading and winning major service opportunities >$50M
- Capture management leadership for Federal agencies such as DHS, DoD, DOE, DOJ and/or DOS
- Experience managing B&P budgets
- Strong business writing acumen in developing both technical and non-technical content
