Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input and maintain data in our systems. Responsibilities:
- Enter data into various office systems and databases
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Collect data from various sources and compile it into usable formats
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Perform order entry tasks as needed
- Transcribe information from source documents into electronic formats
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Excellent data collection and entry skills
- Accurate typing skills with a focus on speed and precision
- Familiarity with office systems and equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
