The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager in running shifts effectively to ensure quality products, providing direction, training and the skill to ensure every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy, Team Members are treated fairly and with respect and that each shift reaches its business goals.

A Culver’s Manager:

• Has excellent people and Guest service skills, each guest leaves happy.
• Runs shifts effectively to ensure quality products, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness meet system standards.
• Can be a Leader, Manager, and Coach
• Routinely monitors and Leads team on safety best practices related to the Culver’s hazard communication program and workplace safety.
• Empowers team to handle guest comments “the Culver’s way.”
• Ensures team is knowledgeable concerning products and guest service.
• Demonstrates and maintains a positive attitude among team members.
• Relentlessly focuses on quality and making sure we meet or exceed our standards.
• Is responsible for all product ordering and receiving along with portion controls.
• Is responsible for scheduling and running efficient shifts of Crew Members
• Operates the business in accordance with strict Culver’s standards.
• Cultivates a diverse culture for our Crew Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment
• Coaches and teaches our Crew Members while recognizing and rewarding performance as well as effort.

Compensation: Hourly wage or Salary is commensurate with person’s qualifications and will reflect present market for a position of similar responsibilities.

Experience: Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred).
