What are the responsibilities and job description for the Booking Coordinator - Summer position at Cumberland Kayak?
Our booking coordinators serve as the customer service points of contact for our business. Through phones, emails, and in-person at our check-in tents, booking coordinators demonstrate excellent customer service and help ensure a great experience from start to finish for our guests. Responsibilities include checking-in and greeting customers, answering phones and emails, and facilitating booking reservations. This position will occasionally require kayaking out with tours to take photos.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates are highly organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. They have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize tasks. They have a positive attitude, are teachable and team oriented. Must be comfortable talking on the phone, sending emails, and interacting with customers and staff in person. Photography skills, and social media experience are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
