Cumulus Media has an opening in their sales department in Boise, Idaho. We believe in giving our salespeople the resources and the freedom to solve marketing needs. You will be able to use your creativity to sell multi-media solutions that you believe in and will really make a difference for your clients. We're looking for a confident, digitally savvy (but not necessarily geeky) salesperson to join our team.

In this job, U will be developing new clients through a relentless drive to uncover local business that needs to develop or improve their marketing positions.
- You’ll have face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
- You will work directly with business owners and decision-makers
- You don’t have to know how it all works… (we have that handled) – but understanding SEM and SEO will make you sound lots smarter. (If you don’t know but find it fascinating- we’ll teach U).
- Developing strong relationships with clients to ensure success and gain referrals
- Closing business and executing your customer’s business and advertising goals
- A passion for selling!
- Proven ability to ask for the business – and the courage to ask for it again
- Outside sales experience with a track record of building your business is a big plus
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Internet, social media and digital marketing savvy will make you stand out
- Excellent listening skills and strong curiosity to learn about your client's business
- No fear of being on commission because you know the harder you work the more you make
