What You’ll Do:
Associate HRIS Analyst plays a foundational role in supporting the HRIS system, providing essential technical assistance, administrative support, and data management. This entry-level position focuses on learning the intricacies of HR systems and processes while assisting in day-to-day operations and ensuring data integrity.
What You’ll Bring:
- Data Audits: Efficiently and effectively coordinate, monitor, and audit information entered in HRIS system to maintain data integrity.
- System Support: Provide basic support for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), assisting users with inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Support the field HR team with HRIS data entry for transactions such as new hires, position and status changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of HR operations.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and data entry.
- Experience administering HR systems and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and Proficient Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Planner) required.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate commitment to timely completion of duties, exhibit a sense of urgency, proactively research and resolve issues and demonstrate commitment to staying current with HR strategies and regulation.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
