Curated Exterior Cleaning is a small, Family Owned and Operated, residential and commerical routine and preventative maintenance company. We specialize in making routine maintenance tasks turn key and worry free for our clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties:```
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments as needed.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
-Assist with Social Media Marketing including Google and Facebook
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Provide administrative support as needed
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Previous experience with Google and Facebook Ads preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
