A management group in Indiana is seeking a Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.
Assignment
- Dates: 01/16 - 04/14/23
- Schedule: Need coverage 20-24 hours/week:
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays 10:00 am - 7:00 pm *flexible on the other day
- Setting: Outpatient
- Call: None
- Volume: 12-15 per day
- Patient Ages: 8 years and up
- Procedures: Limited
- Cases: Primary Care, Episodic, Immunizations, Flu Vaccination, CLIA waived testing (Rapid strep, glucose, urinalysis, cardio check, Influenza), Biometrics, Physicals, Labs (ordered internally and outside providers)
- Support Staff: RN and admin
- EMR/Charting: Epic
Requirements
- Boards: Board Certified; Board Eligible
- Certifications: BLS; DEA; DOT
