Non- Emergency Medical Transportation company has an IMMEDIATE opening for a HR Generalist. Contract-direct position with plenty of variety!
Duties:
- Place job advertisements and review applicants’ resumes
- Contact candidates and conduct phone screens/interviews
- Schedule in-person and video interviews with applicants
- Maintain company’s resume database
- Help manage the payroll process
- Support Human Resources by gathering and distributing company information to include benefit information, payroll, immigration, and corporate policies and procedures.
- Manage workers compensation claims
- Maintain personnel files and manage leave administration
- Develop training programs for company personnel
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a Human Resources Generalist and/or recruiting role
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency
- Ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but will consider all candidates with HR/recruiting experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
