What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Specialist position at Curry Management Corporation?
Person will be one of four property management team members who works closely with property owners and tenants with a broad range of responsibilities including, but not limited to, processing commercial and residential lease applications, preparing leases and renewals, receiving and assigning work orders, and processing move-ins and move-outs.
Skills needed for position:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills needed to interact professionally with prospective and current tenants and property owners
- Good verbal communication
- Attention to detail to ensure applications are accurate and tenant issues or questions are adequately addressed
- Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in property management, real estate sales, or customer service is helpful. Solid experience with lease agreements, lease term negotiation, effective tenant recruitment and managing repairs is also advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
