- Under direct supervision, the Administrative Assoicate Temp employee provides administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of benefits, staffing/employment, employee relations and training. In addition, provides general office support with a variety of clerical and reception activities.
Essential Functions
- Retrieves employee messages regarding sick and/or latenesses from main company voicemail and records and communicates information to the appropriate manager.
- May Support outreach and recruiting efforts by attending internal and external job fairs and community events.
- Oversees electronic personnel data in Dynafile.
- Responsible for completing some administrative human resources projects.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, etc.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possession of strong organizational skills.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Associates Degree preferred.
