The Strategic Advisory Services Team is growing! We are seeking a junior-level Associate to join one of the most unique brokerage teams in the C&W platform. The SAS team focuses on development advisory, land use and special asset disposition services. We are the recognized market leader in the sale and repositioning of complex development sites. The role assists the team leader in business development efforts and ongoing client support, as well as supporting all aspects of real estate transactions.Job Description
The Broker will join and be mentored by a Senior broker in the Baltimore office, with a focus on the MidAtlantic and other regions as directed by clients.
Experience (Preferred):
- 0 - 4 years commercial brokerage industry as a sales broker
- License preferred or ability to earn within 3 months of start date
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- MBA or graduate degree in Real Estate a plus
- MS Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Power Point, Excel and financial/ database skills) a must
- Data mining/ research and organizational experience
- Sales experience and/or minimal CRE brokerage experience is preferred
