QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer candidates available mid April – Nov 1st. 2024 Work commitment times can be negotiated. Seeking KM with at least two years previous kitchen management experience. Must be able to work window, grill, salad and or fry station with moderate volume in fast casual footprint. Need ability to be self-directed and to accomplish assigned tasks. Must have some knowledge of food safety practices. Need good team skills, high energy and quality food orientation.
DUTIES: Duties include but are not limited to: Fast Casual Line Operations for at Least two ,up to three meal periods if volume or staffing require. Food Ordering ,NON-Food ordering, vendor relations, End of Month Duties
LOCATION: Custer State Park Resorts is nestled in the Southern Black Hills National Forest Region. The Black Hills are a busy tourist destination for horseback trail rides, old west cookouts, hiking, climbing, biking and fly fishing. Breathtaking Forest backgrounds, panoramic mountain views and abundant wildlife such as deer, elk and on of the nation’s largest buffalo herd are all a part of the scenery.
