What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas?
Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas is looking for an EXPERIENCED Office Manager for our Hampstead North Carolina location. Your daily duties will be to be THE BACK BONE of the team. You will help with the day to day operations of our sales center, especially items to keep the clients informed and happy. We will also need for you to take the overflow of customers when the sales people are busy so some sales experience or the ability to sell would be a plus but not a requirement. Your schedule will consist of 5 days per week Monday thru Friday. Requirements of the job are:
1. You must be VERY VERY ORGANIZED.
2. You must be VERY PATIENT.
3. You must have a minimum of 5 years Customer Service or Office experience.
4. You must be VERY capable to work with a computer day in and day out to include:
a. Typing and Sending Emails
b. Be able to work with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Excel, Google Calender, and other basic computer programs.
5. You must have some experience speaking face to face with people.
6. You must have a very outgoing and happy personality.
7. Any experience with home building, home sales, real estate, para legal, or mortgage experience would be a huge asset.
8. You must have very good phone skills and be very good at communication.
9. You must have VERY Good penmanship and be able to print VERY Clearly
10. You need to have FANTASTIC Memory.
11. Finally YOU MUST BE VERY VERY TRAINABLE!!!!
