Summary : The Reception Admin is the first person an employee, customer, vendor, or visitor sees or talks to when arriving at or calling Griffith Foods.
The Reception Admin is pleasant, has good listening skills and can provide the correct information when asked. They also must be able to route calls to the correct person, enter or check a visitor in for an appointment and give directions when necessary.
The Reception Admin works in a team environment at the front main reception & office / mailroom area Monday Friday, 7 : 30 am 4 : 00 pm, and ensures 100% visitor satisfaction is consistently provided.
They will support the Administrator Manager to assist in clerical, administrative work, mailroom operations, day to day third party vendors, facility work orders to completion, and special projects for all GFUS departments;
assist in maintaining a nut free environment and enforce the front main entrance Safety & COVID-19 protocols.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist with small breakroom food supplies.Contribute to the Admin Team portal and MS Teams sites.
