Location: Custom Pools Inc (8960 Excelsior Blvd, Hopkins, MN 55343)
FLSA Status: Full-time
Salary: DOE 40-70k
Position Summary
This position is responsible for ordering/managing inventory in Evosys LOU ERP, managing physical inventory, managing customer profiles, and billing for swimming pool service,
The role will help us set up our new ERP system and document processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Evosys LOU Super User (we can provide training).
- Subject matter expert in swimming pools parts and service (we can provide training).
- Manage Inventory in Evosys LOU
- Manage all SKUs
- Order inventory, receive inventory, reconcile SKUs in Evosys LOU
- Analyzes, corrects cycle count discrepancies, identifies root causes, and develops correction plans
- Provides inventory accuracy, count completion, and other applicable reporting to management
- Oversee inventory procedures including: inventory control, tracking, forecasting, and demand planning
- Manage physical inventory
- Manage inventory in warehouse
- Manage inventory on Service Technician trucks
- Manage warehouse infrastructure, including racking, labeling, and technology.
- Manage Customers in Evosys LOU
- Set up all customers and users in Evosys LOU
- Manage customer profiles
- Manage Service Billing
- Review service billing to ensure that all parts/supplies are included
- AR/AP, invoicing customers through Evosys LOU and tracking payment
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency, Bachelors degree in related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role (In a service/parts environment preferred)
- Experience with ERP and data entry systems
- Swimming pool experience desired

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
