Cut Sail 3PL Inc. (third party-logistics) is hiring at our Riverside California warehouse. We are a small warehousing and logistics company that does LTL & FTL inbound and small parcel outbound, primarily for ecommerce companies. Think Amazon Warehouse (but better) and you have an idea of what we do! We pride ourselves on having a high performing and likable staff. We are seeking an experienced warehouse worker to lead our small team, optimize operations and prepare for growth!
Job Description:
With any small team you are expected to "wear many hats". In the beginning this role will include as many Warehouse Associate assignments as it will Management assignments until our work volume and staff increases, which can happen at any time. This will give you an opportunity to learn all aspects of our operations before turning into a full time manager. Associates most commonly handle/move inventory as well as pick and pack orders. Managers handle client communications, manage daily order volume, coordinate delivery's and many other tasks.

We are looking for is someone that can set a good example with work ethic, is an effective and caring communicator and an excellent problem solver. These qualities are more important to us than job experience, because the right abilities and attitude will get the job done before someone with just experience!
Job Requirements:
- Strong Computer Skills (We test for this)
- General Technical Skills - For other electronics and equipment. More so the ability to follow instructions and problem solve, no experience required.
- Warehouse Experience (Some experience required)
- Management or Team Lead Experience (Required in some capacity)
- Professional Work Week (45-50 Hours Weekly)
- Business Hours - Company hours of Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm. Saturday is rotated with staff members and whoever works Saturday gets a day off during the week. Managers are expected to cover for anyone that calls out.
- Holiday Schedule - Friday November 25th - Tuesday December 20th is our peak season. During this time, every Saturday (4 total) may be required of each staff member. Friday November 25th (day after Thanksgiving) is a mandatory work day for all and is our busiest day of the year.
- Physically up to the job. Must be able to stand the much of the day if needed and lift up to 50lbs by yourself. (Heavy lifting is not constantly required, but may be needed at times.)
- Background check is required and must be clear. Company wide policy.
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary of $60,000 (Overtime Except)
- Bonus up to 10% of Salary for achieved performance
