Outside Sales Representative

Cutting Edge Supply Company is North America’s Largest Independently Owned Distributor of Ground Engaging Tools.” In operation since 1950; we have been a leader in the Heavy Equipment parts business for over 70 years. Our focus is to provide the highest quality and largest selection of wear parts for the Mining, Construction, and Material Processing.

We are looking for a high preforming, energetic sales professional for our Northern California Territory. We primarily service the heavy equipment industry and are growing FAST, and we want to find a motivated individual to help service our customers (Both current, and new!). We want the focus of this individual to be to exceed expectations!

Essential duties:

As an Outside sales person you will have daily duties including, but not limited to;

· Self-motivated & passionate with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a Construction industry sales environment.

· Build connections, and trust with customer in a face to face environment

· Identify customer needs, sometimes coming up with a solution to their needs onsite

· Promoting our products and services

· Meet/Exceed revenue goals

· Exceed customer expectations by providing a superior customer Experience

· Be a team player: We want our salesperson to have a proactive and never-fail attitude. You should have the ability to work and motivate yourself independently while also working with teammates for the betterment of the team and company.

· All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Skills

· Exceptional written and verbal skills

· Computer literate (Data entry/Microsoft products)

· Valid state driver’s license, required with a good driving record.

· High school Education

· 2-3 years of outside sales experience

· STRONG SENSE OF URGENCY

· Self-starter, No fear!

· Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts while delivering excellent customer service

· Background in a manufacturing/Fabrication shop a BIG PLUS
