Accounts Payable Clerk

CV Resources has partnered with a multi-state specialty healthcare organization on the search for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a hybrid (mostly onsite) role based in Eagle, ID. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who can see the big picture and provide recommendations to improve processes as needed. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and coding of invoices
  • Process incoming accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review invoices for accuracy and legitimacy
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Assist with weekly check runs and vendor communications
  • Reconcile vendor statements and assist with monthly close processes
  • Provide support for multiple facility approvers and ensure timely processing of invoices
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Business or Accounting degree preferred
  • 2 years of accounts payable experience
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Great Plains a plus
