Human Resources Coordinator. In this new position, the successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the seamless operation of our department, and actively contributing to fostering a positive employee experience.

Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Onsite at our Jupiter, FL office
Job Type: Full-time
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Schedule: 8am-5pm / Monday-Friday
Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate on the planning and execution of engaging employee events that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Training Support: Assist in coordinating and tracking required employee training programs to ensure compliance and skill development.
- New Hire Onboarding: Prepare necessary documentation and facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Employee Support: Provide timely assistance in addressing daily HR-related inquiries and requests from employees.
- Personnel File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Internal Communication: Create engaging posts for internal communication platforms, such as Yammer and the intranet, collaborating closely with the marketing team.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment efforts by screening phone calls, coordinating interview schedules, and assisting in candidate selection process
- Pre-Employment Tasks: Facilitate pre-employment tasks including drug tests and background checks to ensure a thorough and compliant hiring process.
- Employee Recognition: Organize celebrations for employee birthdays and anniversaries, as well as monthly recognition initiatives to highlight employee achievements.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate on payroll processing tasks to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees.
- Safety Program Oversight: Take an active role in overseeing our safety program, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position
- Some knowledge of HR theories in recruitment, employee relations and training
- Some knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all HR matters
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Tech Savvy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- This position is required to be onsite
