What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Mananger position at CVS Health Retail?
Responsible for managing regional inside sales force. Working with sales reps, IRRs, PMs, and DM on all things sales related.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage inside sales personnel and assist with customer service and product issues
- Make sales presentations on all product lines
- Actively search and recruit new target customers, develop accounts, increase customer count
- Help coordinate sales campaigns
- Assist in the training and development of sales reps
- Implement Company marketing and sales plans and monitor results
- Assist in the development of promotional materials to enhance product sales
- Maintain relationships with vendors to establish higher buying levels and to reinforce Company commitment to customer service
- Be familiar with company product literature and be able to convey product information and availability to customers
- Help manage the reduction of returns and allowances
- Assumes other duties as assigned.
Salary: $85,000-100,000 Annually (Based on experience)
