What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst - Retail FP&A position at CVS Health?
This finance function is focused on providing analytical support for the FP&A team. This position is responsible for weekly Retail performance analysis, budgeting, supporting the resolution of P&L questions from the Retail Field organization, assisting in various department projects, decision making and maintenance of financial data and attributes used across FP&A. This person interacts with multiple business owners across the organization.
A strong understanding of Financial/Corporate budgeting, reporting, and accounting is required. Superior analytical, decision making, and communication skills as well as strong attention to detail are equally important to this role as this position will be interacting with Senior & Field Management on a regular basis. This is a key role in providing Senior Management in Field and Corporate with the information it needs to make critical business decisions.

Required Qualifications
1 or more years of work experience; preferably in finance, accounting or an analytical role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytic skills; ability to perform analytics on various types of data including large data
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to perform well with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
- Superior organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Workstation software including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
- Communication across various levels and the ability to work independently
Education
High school diploma/GED required.
