Position Summary

To support the service, administration and sales of Aetna's products to achieve profitable growth and retention. This will be achieved through the development of strong relationships and execution of processes and workflows that effectively meet customer, broker, consultant and plan sponsor needs.

In this role you will develop and execute customer product/plan administration in conjunction with the Account Manager, Account Executive and Sales Vice Presidents. You will meet with customers to discuss service levels and expectations, share process improvements, discuss operation of plans, identify gaps in service levels, determine root causes and develop solutions.

You will:
*Identify customer specific service issues
*Identifies solutions and leads resolution of issues working with other areas to implement.
*Respond to customers' requests for claim analysis, plan design changes and benefit questions/clarifications. *Collaborate with the account management team and sales team to achieve growth/renewal/sales objectives. *Assist in preparation and delivery of renewal packages, completion of account templates and new sales templates.
*Support all plan administration activities, including installation, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactively with support areas.
*Support open enrollment activities.
*Promote and implement strategies to increase usage and engagement of products and programs.
*Notify customers of Aetna policy changes, determining impact to customer and providing consultative support. *Support scheduling of customer/broker/consultant meetings and preparation for those meetings.

Required Qualifications
Ohio Insurance License must be obtained within the first 6 months.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce, excel, microsoft word and PowerPoint

Education
High School graduate, some college preferred but not required.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
