Registered Nurse - RN - Home Infusion

As a Registered Nurse (RN), Home Infusion you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of nursing. As a Home Infusion RN you will…

• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in our patients’ homes
• Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients recovering in the comfort of their own home.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas
• Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners
• Must be willing to travel up to two hours each way, on occasion for a patient visit.

Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses, such as for Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion (CRNI®), can be reimbursed for eligible RNs!

Coverage area:

• Visit patients located in St. Louis and surrounding areas with occasional travel up to 150 miles one way to see a patient. Coverage area may include parts of Southern Illinois.
• Travel time is paid at full hourly wage and mileage is reimbursed.

Work schedule:

• Full Time position with benefits
• On call rotation providing telephone triage support will be one night per week and approximately one weekend every six weeks based on business and staffing needs

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 28.25
Maximum: 60.50

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current license in state both MO and Illinois. We will pay for licensure if needed.

• Minimum three years nursing experience with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience
• Have and maintain current CPR certification
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs. On call consists of 1 evening per week and one weekend every 6 weeks
