Shift Supervisor is a professional who is in charge of overseeing the store and the operations on their shift.
They must be able to delegate tasks, resolve problems, and take care of our guest as they enter and exit the store.
This position has set responsibilities, but can be interrupted by the unknown factors that come along with working retail.
This person must make sure that everything goes smoothly for everyone during a given work shift, including stocking inventory, maintaining your set department, closing down the store at night and handling the financial side before leaving.
