What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at CVSC?
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk in our 81 bed Assisted Living Facility.
The hours are full-time 8AM-4PM, Tuesday-Saturday.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. You will complete the screening process for all employees and visitors entering the facility.
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Ultimately, it is your job duty to make sure customer service is met, and you give them a warm welcome.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the facility
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Follow the "screen in" process for all visitors
