Full job description:

We are seeking sales advisors that will be the face of the brand to our retail customers. As an ambassador you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and be part of a dynamic team who will report to the Store manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations of store
• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs
• Communicate in a professional and sincere way, with clients and colleagues
• Oversee daily cleaning and physical up-keep of the inside of the store
• Maintain highest standards in the functioning, presentation and maintenance of store property
• Follow company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Foster team work and positive work climate

Skills & Requirements:

All suitable candidates will have a proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets, you will also ideally have previous experience in working within a high-end, fast-paced, designer fashion-based company. You must be confident and enjoy working within a small team, show outstanding customer service skills, be driven towards targets and self-motivated with an eye for details.
