The Sales Training Manager will work closely with local leadership to drive sales and assist in onboarding and training new agents. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.

If you are selected, you will be responsible for field training, driving sales, coaching and mentoring new and experienced agents.
This person must have:
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role
- Results driven team player
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills
