Join us as a Full-Time Product Marketing Specialist with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually. You'll play a pivotal role with non-supervisory responsibilities, directly reporting to the Director of Marketing. Be prepared for some adventure with occasional travel (5-10% annually) to customer sites.

As we continue to shape the future of delivery logistics, we’re seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Product Marketing Specialist with a passion for bridging the gap between technical product details and customer understanding. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective customer-first strategies, crafting compelling messaging and positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches and campaigns resonate with our target audience. A key part of this role will involve creating user-focused product documentation that clearly communicates the benefits and features of our products in a customer-friendly language. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate technical details into easily understandable, value-driven content.

The Product Marketing Specialist is anticipated to be actively involved in all projects, collaborating with various teams and consistently updating the Product and Sales leaders on progress. The role also entails the responsibility of creating user-focused product documentation that clearly communicates the benefits and features of our products in a customer-friendly language. HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Deeply understand our target audiences, their needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- User-Focused Documentation: Partner with our product team to create clear, step-by-step product guides and resources that empower customers to utilize our product easily.
- Compelling Product Messaging & Positioning: Translate complex technical product information into persuasive, customer-friendly language that highlights our unique value proposition.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and success teams to provide training, tools, and resources that drive effective product selling.
- Customer Learning & Engagement: Enhance the customer experience by curating and managing a virtual learning environment with innovative user journeys and maintaining our knowledge base.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan and execute targeted campaigns focused on customer upselling, continuously analyzing performance to maximize results.
- Product Launch Marketing: Ensure seamless product launch communications that align with overall company goals.
- Customer Advocacy & Insights: Gather valuable feedback from customers to inform product development and marketing efforts. Create compelling testimonials and case studies that showcase our product's impact.
MUST HAVES
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in product marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
- Experience with WordPress and video content development/editing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management skills.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in the technology or software industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Previous experience with CXT Software product suite is a huge bonus.
- At least two years of experience in the courier/delivery/logistics industry.
