Job Title: Software Sales Executive

Some experience in SAAS B2B sales is preferred but not required if you have a history of sales success using the telephone and online presentation tools. You must be able to demonstrate a proactive and engaged approach to learning and self-improvement. We value a tenacious spirit. Our hiring process is thorough and will require you to showcase your abilities, but will move quickly for a qualified candidate.

Job Summary:

This is a sales role and is 100% focused on new customer acquisition for automation technology for expedited delivery and distribution businesses. Our software solution provides last mile delivery and logistics systems for courier, messenger, a regional carrier, distribution, and customized logistics companies throughout the U.S. and Canada. You will be joining a team that is results focused, and you will be challenged to grow your skills as well as given best-in-class training opportunities.

Approximately 40% of your monthly sales will come from inbound demo requests, 10% from your outreach to prospects who have interacted with our company through emails, trade shows, or internet content or downloads, and 50% from outbound dialing efforts.

This role has a mix of a base commission on sales and requires you to earn $90,000 in annual compensation. Salespeople who fail to earn at this level are not retained as our reputation, our process, and our provision of well-qualified leads provide ample selling opportunities. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

  • Must have 3 years of sales experience, preferably with Automation Technology

Extra-Bonus Qualifications:

  • SaaS and/or B2B Sales
  • CXT Software Suites knowledge
  • Zoho CRM system

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Open to ~ 10% travel for on-site implementation (not standard, occurs upon customer request)
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year base commission on sales ($90,000 in annual compensation is required.)
