Let's talk about the role and the Team:
We are adding an Associate Customer Delivery Engineer to our team in the USA. Ideally, you will be based within the US and will have the ability to work remotely from anywhere within the US. This role will see you become a part of our Customer Delivery team, delivering post-sales solutions and becoming customer obsessed with a mission to delight our customers.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Build and develop strong customer relationships
- Mentor, guide, and train customers to get the best from the Cyara platform
- Become a Cyara product Guru - know everything there is to know about our products
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve and think laterally to find solutions
- Talking shop with our clients to implement, deploy and deliver solutions from start to finish
- Deploy and deliver solutions based on our clients’ products and services
- Ability to learn how to develop, create and execute test, design and deployment documentation
- Be the “go to” person for support on client queries
Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:
- 1 year of experience in delivering remote Customer Training / Workshops/ Helpdesk Support
- Experience with IVR technologies and/or Contact Center technologies (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect) is a huge advantage
- Basic understanding of testing systems and infrastructure in the IVR and Contact Center domains
- Basic understanding of IP and/or TDM telephony technologies and networking
- A problem solving, “can-do”, logical-thinking mindset
Nice to have (or you are keen to learn):
- Call Center tech support
