The Governor's office is seeking a contract Data Analyst work on technology projects. Must display a Strong work ethic, pride in work product.
1.Proficient at helping user differentiate between their ‘Wants’ vs. ‘Needs’, well versed with business system analysis, gathering structured and unstructured requirements (data gathering, analyzing, solutions, and documentation)
2.) Multi-faceted team player having performed diverse roles with a wide spectrum of business and technical responsibilities and training:
3.) Quality Assurance Lead – dataset preparation or back end databases for continuous quality improvements in data accuracy, program review, data matching (deterministic and probabilistic), data standardization. Use SQL Database SQL to perform various adhoc data queries / inquires.
4.) Communicate with internal IT partners to provide technical assistance in identification of and resolution of application issues.
5.) Provide configuration guidance to co-workers and end users in using new techniques, solving technical issues.
6.) User training liaison – help facilitate training and develop written user guidance materials; provide cross functional in-person training to stakeholders and end users.
7.) Microsoft CRM and or Salesforce a plus but not required.
